Our story

Built by youth.
Fueled by frustration.
Aimed at hope.

In 2021, Georgia State Representative Park Cannon was unlawfully arrested while protesting the passage of SB 202. After arguing her case at the Georgia Supreme Court in 2025, she launched Keep Knocking, a fellowship to give the next generation the civic tools the system won't readily provide.

I

The core goal

Roll out a base-building strategy that breaks down the basics of voting and moves civic-participation trends for young people forward.

II

The curriculum

State-based programs where youth learn voter registration, voting opportunities, and how to research the policy issues that shape their lives.

III

The energy

Righteous frustration, youthful curiosity, tenacity, and a nonpartisan excitement for the future of American democracy.

The work

What fellows actually do.
